Default Transmission/Clutch/Flywheel issue

Hey everybody,
I was looking to see if anybody could give me some input on this.
I had recently done an e351/Camry transmission swap with a brand new Exedy Stage 1 clutch and Competition 12lb lightweight steel flywheel, install process went smoothly without any issues. After everything is said and done, this is the issue I have.

1) Car will NOT shift into gear when wheels are on the floor.
2) Car will shift into gear only when it is lifted and there is no load on the wheels. I tried shifting through all 5 gears with no problem, including reverse.

Things I have tried

1) Adjusting the clutch pedal.
2) Bleeding the slave cylinder.

Parts that have been changed within the past year or so.

1) Slave cylinder (10k miles)
2) Clutch master cylinder (10k miles)
Any input from fellow forum members would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Is the slave cylinder engaging when you push in the clutch pedal?

From what I can see, the slave cylinder is making contact with the clutch fork. The thing is, I have no idea how far the pushrod is supposed to extend out. I would say it is extending at least 1/2 inch out, little more or less.

Have you tried adjusting the clutch pedal? (Turning the two nuts at the back of the pedal itself to adjust the throw of the slave cylinder.)

Edit: just saw that you tried adjusting it.

Yup, tried that. I was wondering if anybody was able to take a video for me of how much the slave cylinder pushrod is supposed to travel? If you can kindly send it to my email at n0authority@hotmail.com, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
