Default Trying to seafoam but cant get a vacuum leak??

I disconnected nearly every hose once and can NOT get the car to vacuum leak and go above 2,000 RPM. It just stalls.

Note: I dont have a top O2 sensor in right now.

Anyhelp? I've done this before.
