but your right thos eparts up there add to about 230hp for 5-6k in parts try adding labor and tuning cost i still think epic fail

if he is looking into a mild NA build i think that would be a good selection of parts
no need to over do everything if your just trying to have a reliable fast motor

atp has a turbo manifold and wastegate combo ranging from gt28rs to gt30r and you can slowly piece a kit like that together, as far as turbonetics, im not to sure about them
