Yeah, I got the cable and base bushings. And I got the 1.5in drop.

so the total drop will be a little less than 1" total since the base bushings raise it up .6"... I guess that would be a total drop of .9" :D

No, the listed height reductions are with the bushings taken into account. The 1.5" drop without the cage bushings is actually a 2" drop.

twm with all the bushings works and feels real nice, never used or sen the other one. ( GOOD WORK IS NEVER CHEAP AND CHEAP WORK IS NEVER GOOD ) for you ladies not yelling so get over it.

With any height reduction, you'll need to widen the inside of the chrome shiftboot collar. Other than that, you can use the OEM **** with pretty much any drop.

I was going to get a shorter boot anyway such as the twm boot they have so I didn't have to worry about it bunching up or anything

Never seen or used my shifter, so your opinion is invalid. The guy asked for a comparison, and as you have no basis for comparison, it would be nice if you took your silly axiom elsewhere. I guess I could overcharge people, but instead I charge a fair rate based on actual material costs and labor hours. If you think your TWM package at double the cost works better than my package, you are both mistaken and lighter of wallet.

hold up these shifters are being made from the stock ones, they ask for your stock shifter and from thier picture it looks like the stock one just bent and adjusted. i am smart ahh haah

With the standard height reduction and the cage bushings, you can use the OE boot with no bunching problems. If you are looking for an aftermarket boot for a different look, I highly recommend RedlineGoods. Their quality is fantastic.

Yes they are made from the old stock shifter, but how does that make them "poor" quality? How do you know TWM doesn't use stock shifters? The way I look at it is that you will know it will fit just like OEM, and if it can be cut, lowered, rewelded, etc. to have a shorter throw than the leading competitor at half the price, who wouldn't do that? It is funny how TWM listed 35% was the shortest throw possible for the tC, and here is the gearswitcher with a 50% shorter throw... hrmmm... I am not downing TWM, I was going to buy them, but they are very overpriced and don't have throw I am looking for, case closed.

I am a pretty tall guy so a shorter **** would be a nice thing to have. I would like to get a new boot somewhere, if you recommend redlinegoods then I will take your word on the quality. Do you have a link to their website, would it be the same as their name? Thanks!
