LSD most likely. We're actually talking about doing it sooner rather then later. Getting that last motor mount in today set us a week ahead of schedule, so that takes away my interior assembly time.

i pitched the idea of the next gen tc having the 3s-ge beams engine from the lexus rs200. would that be a worthwhile swap?

what about the turbo engine from the mr2 and celica? the 3s-gte? would that be a good swap?

This is the first public offering. No company outside of Heir Automotive knew about it until this thread posted.. and no i haven't recieved any sponsorship offers.

The plan is to turbo.. SC would be more my decision, however the blower for this just isn't available anywhere.

They're definitely plausible.. but what do you mean by good?

i mean would the performance gains make the time and money spent on the swap semi worth it? what would the weight and power trade-offs be etc.

did anyone ever see the Supra site(looking for it) with all the top custom supra's ever built, one caught my eye which was a 2.2L 4 cylinder swap but they twin turboed, bored it out to 2.8L and it had "only" 600hp at the rear wheels (they re-positioned the engine just like the straight six up and down, not tranverse mounted)lol....just figure how much boring could a 2.4 take if done proffesionally....maybe get up to a 3.0L haha
