Default Ways to eliminate The whistle? Tech post, not an observation

I reeally hate to post this but i recently installed my Injen CAI and im lovin it. It sounds great, looks great, and performs pretty well for a CAI. But the famous whistle sound is now really loud which i knew going into buying the CAI. We all have our opinions on what this is generated form IE the throttle body but im not sure if thats actually it. Half the time when im driving (and not floord just normal driving) It will whistle constantly which sounds like a bad air leak. I was just wondering if anyone has tried to track where this is coming from? When installing the the intake there was the "evap service port" which had to get remounted and i noticed that on the tag it said to have a 1psi max pressure. I took off the green cap and all it looks like is a valve stem from a tire. Im not going to mess with it but im wondering if some how that nozzle is releasing pressure so it does not damage itself. And my thoughts on why its louder would be that its getting alot more air through the hose and so now its releasing more air. Im purly not complaining but it is pretty loud and i do get some stares at my hood as i pass others, i can deal with the noise but being a sort of a techie i like to see why stuff happens.

Anyways, any thoughts??

Yea, that was a pretty bad bash fest...

The whistling sound is caused by air friction and you will almost always have it with an after market intake.

Since your car is naturally aspirated, for you to lessen the sound you would have to get your engine's VE to maximum potential which is hard to do without machine work and money.
