Did you try putting any kind of lube on it? something that would burn off, when fired up?

im pretty sure it was supposed to be cut so that it's pushed in because the two end pipes from one pice is a bit wider than the two end pipes on the other piece and it also has these pieces of metal on each piece with a hole so that it could be secured with some metal piece and bolts. so im pretty sure they didnt send it and forgot to weld it together...

You can visit their website and check them out under the products section or call their sales office. I don't believe they're distributing them yet because they're just getting their initial special orders out.... Mine should be here on Monday and I ordered it seven weeks ago.

we got our on last week it was a snug fit but its fit together no problem.

Actually it is in seperate pieces for easier install due to the size and angle of the pipes, it should fit together no problem.
if you are still having a problem, give Ray a call monday, keep in mind that this is SEMA week and they will be going to vegas on Wed.
there are only 3 or 4 of these out right now but the rest will be in stock soon. we are the first group to get this piece. this WR header has a noticeable boost in power too!!
.

FYI there are no leaks due to the fit and direction of the flow

it should seal fine., just as long as you don't try to hammer those tubes to get them to slide in the other side...motorcycles you that kind of slip fit with springs......yours does have springs right?
