Default Weird Clutch Issue

2006 Scion tc w/Act street clutch....lately i been having issues w/my engagement point....on Cold starts..its near the floor,But as the car warms up and then the Fans kick on,the engagement returns to normal spot..Ive replaced my Master cylinder a few times before, due to blowing out, cause my heavy duty pressure plate...I'm thinking this issues has something to do,with the break fluid,Dot 4 pennzoil ,its not warming quick, but again, why would this affect the engagement point,Any ideas of what could be going on,I did bleed the system, heres, when this started to happen,I changed my battery,i know,i know has nothing to do with it,but thats the only thing I've messed with, before, started have issues with my clutch engagement,I'm thinking hey, reset the ECU,But the clutch isnt connected to the ECU is it?

Any feed back or ideas,Please let me know..
