4-2-1 are better. just a warning though, your car will sound terrible with headers and exhaust.

I have the Tsudo header, and I love it

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TRD-S...spagenameZWDVW

Make sure to get another resonator in your mid-pipe so your car wont sound like ___

Like someone else said, putting a header on, especially with the TRD axle back, will make your car sound like crap. That isn't exaggerating either, it sounds loud and high pitched, really crappy. You would need to get a resonator welded in to quiet it down.

I personally am just going to stick with I/E because between having to fix the check engine light, which doesn't always work, getting a resonator put in, having to pay somebody off to pass emissions testing, etc it just doesn't seem like it is worth the effort or money to put a header on these cars unless you are running forced induction.

From looking at the local guys who have it working well........with no CELs........421 header.......most are using DC around here or Tsudo........both look the same to me.......short of the DC tag.......then a high flow cat...........to replace the one removed in the stock manifold.......this keeps it from tossing so many CELs and stinking like a egg in the sun...........then a resonator to muffle the rappiness.........no crap man it sounds bad with out a resonator.........really bad.........like a dirt bike that needs work.........but worse..........a lot worse.....

Cost of good parts is always chaseper than fixing the shortcuts made by doing it wrong and fixing it again...........high flow cat is strongly recomended.

DC Sports Header

Tsudo header

Those look the same to you?

The DC Sports header design is the basic design for both the Strup and JVT header (which I hear are both quite nice), and a slew of cheap eBay ones (including OBX) which might work or might not. It is a 4-1 header that mounts to the existing S-Pipe.

The Megan Racing header design is also heavily copied on eBay, and looks similar to our stock header, just with no cat. (The runners merge very early, leaving a long single pipe to bolt up to the S-Pipe.) Also a 4-1.

The Tsudo design looks like a copy of the Weapon-R/Monster Motorworks header, and is a 4-2-1 header. Because of the design, the header REQUIRES a special S-Pipe, but it comes with the header, so it bolts directly up to the midpipe.

The Mazzuri header is also a 4-2-1, but an original (and not yet copied) design, and it will bolt up directly to the stock S-Pipe.

So, if you want a 4-2-1, your only (current) choices are Weapon-R, Tsudo, Mazzuri, or custom. If you want a 4-1, you have dozens of options.

Your right Nychold.......it is not the tsudo.........it is the megan and DC that looked very much alike.......Tsudo looked differant and it reminded me of the MMR header.

Been a busy week moving into new house and my brain is getting soggy

i just installed a dc on my 08 and it def made it high pitch, i have a hks axle back, and i loved the sound before, i still run the stock s-pipe and mid pipe, but it def made a high pitch rasp at anything over 3000, when you are just cruising its not bad, but anything over 3000 and you'll here it. and ill be honest, i didnt like it at first, but its been 2 weeks and about 15 kills, i def enjoy the power gains
