what should i do??
Im going to buy a megan midpipe pretty soon and I wanted to know what you guys/girls think I should do...I know the megan midpipe deletes the secondary cat and I want to get a high-flow cat so here's my question. U think I should take out the little resonator on the midpipe and put in a magnaflow high-flow cat in it's place, or should I put the cat inbetween the two resonators?? I do not want that nasty rotten eggs smell that the car gives off when running no cats, but I want to know what route I should go to have the best performance gains...
Thanx!!
Josh.

I don't think it will matter that much since the principal cat is the one in the header/manifold so as long as that one still there i don't think it will smell. but then again if your picky on that matter go with the hiflow cat.

well i already got a header on so it deleted the primary cat thats why i say it will smell with no cats. I had this setup on my previous car: OBX 4-1 header, custom 2.25" piping w/o cat or resonator, and universal n1 tubo muffler. It smelled really bad and was raspy as ^&%#$. I dont want to have that smell again..

I just recently had my megan midpipe installed and let me tell you, it is LOUD and can get raspy. I recommend getting two 18" resonators to quell the noise a bit and get rid of the rasp. I'm checking out the resonators tomorrow so whenever I get them put in, I'll hit you back up! But don't get a high-flow cat, it'll be a waste of money.
