Default wideband gauge questions

when you get a wideband what do you look at, what are some safe numbers for say a nitrous boosted tC opposed to a full NA tc, to a turbo or s/c tc.

You want it to run 13 flat all the time but thats not realistic. If you go below 13 you are running lean, if you go above 13 you are running rich. Lean is much worse than rich so be careful with FI applications on crappy tunes or base maps.
