That looks sick. As long as I have been into cars I still can't get over the intercooler look infron of the car. Glad you are happy with the kit. I have not heared a single negative thing about the actual product ZPI makes.

I talked to Kenny when I ordered mine and he said I can do the same setup (hide the pipes and get a smaller core). Very nice!! I can't wait.
Post some numbers!

Can't agree more with everyone else. All I have to say is shame on Toyota for not putting out the SC on time. Even with my employee discount on the SC, it's still not worth it. I'll be contacting ZPI very soon.

B...E....A...utiful. You and me both don't understand peoples hatred and stupidity. Obviously they are a legit company, and are doing everything in their power to make the Scion Community happy. The kit looks hella sweet. I have been planning on going to the ZPI shop for some time now. Hopefully I will be able to this weekend.

Congrats man!

thanks for the kind words Zen you guys were great customers. We have attched a few more pics that we had hope its okay.

We were out of red couplers so we had to substitute a blue one in. The kit will look a lot better when they all match.

Here ya go

-Kenny

a few comments.

1. i will have to say that this seems to be the cleanest setup i've seen from you guys yet, so congrats.
2. good eye on using SS lines for the vacuum hoses for the BOV & wastegate, if you want to convert to AN fittings instead of barb, the Tial fitting is M10x1.25. I've done the same recently on my car.

3. Lastly, one question, this isn't a bash, but a question or something that you may consider changing. But on the compressor housing, is there room to clock the compressor output down, so you don't have to use that 90 degree coupler? just asking, as there is a slight kink in that coupler, which isn't a huge deal, as you guys look to be using a good grade of silicon rather than rubber, but depending on how the engine rocks, that could wear over time. If you clocked the compressor housing down, you may be able to cut back on piping a little, although this all depends on how much room you really have under there.

either way, congrats, looks pretty clean.

We did not clock the turbo down so that the turbo is in the same place for the non intercooled kits making them adding our intercooler kit a lot easier.

We do add about 9" of pipe by doing this but seeing the spool is so quick anyway it really goes unnoticed.

Did you guys run a dyno at ZPI after it was installed?

What kind of horsepower are you running now?

Congrats on the turbo set up! Enjoy it and keep us posted on it.

When I get back from this deployment I would like to order one right after I buy my TC. I have a couple questions for ZPI though.

1. Could I get the turbo outlet pointed down, as it would look cleaner and get rid of the sharp bend and give more space near the manifold?

2. Does the hidden intercooler setup reduce the power output/cooling of the stage 1, and does it cost more than the normal one?

3. Is the wastegate dumping into the downpipe, if not how much extra is it to do so?

4. Lastly, does the emanage come with the plug "n" play harness for easy install and removal just in case?

Thank you!
