I'm not too fond of the gauge pod mounted on the side pillar so I decided to make a discrete enlosure in the little cubby hole.

Backside Primered:
I was able to use the little light in the back of the cubby hole. I just unhooked the light from the back and pulled it to the side, detached the light, and extended the length of the wires. The cool thing is you don't have to look for a power source and ground plus the gauge only lights up when you turn on your driving lights rather than it being on all the time. You don't have to drill the back of the cubby hole to line in the wires just use the exisiting light hole.
