It's the same differential. Quaife makes it, and TRD just rebrands it.
i know that. you misunderstand how i ment it. the TRD MSRP is 1099 on TRD sparks.

Dezod sells the quaife for 1052. i was under the impression that FLINT was saying the price difference is a rip off when there isn't even a 50 dollar difference.

Even I knew the answer to this.

Ok, for your feeble mind, take a Quaife LSD, take the sticker off, then put a TRD sticker on? Got it? Or do I need to draw it out for you?
Must be your brother again.
cant you guys just go have butsecks and stop fighting?

Haha, that was funny Cory. Anyway, I would just get the LSD from Dezod and the install kit from TRD Sparks as its something Toyota put together.

Quaife sets the MSRP for TRD, so we have no control over what it sells at. We purchase it at a higher price than TRD and sell it at a lower price than TRD, so how does that make sense?

All I have to say is that I have no clue how I was driving my car w/o the LSD ..... I have a problem with traction with the "normal" way I drive. Pulling out onto a major road and knowing you will get decent traction is such a nice thing. Also its nice having more traction in wet weather.

Deffinetly a nice price. Only downside I see is, for a few pennies more you can have full warranty through toyota on it. Yes TRD one and the Quaife one is the same, but you get ALOT more with the TRD one.

that's only if Toyota also does the install for you. I'll bet they charge you double what a normal performance shop would...

100% correct. If it is not installed at a dealership, it doesn't matter and you do not get a warranty on it. So once again, the dealership pulls the wool..........

well...I guess I can't relly comment on whether your price was dead on normal if you can't remember what the price was...but you got all yours done at the dealership?

well...the dealership here charges $180 an hour, and there are tune shops that charge $80 an hour...that's a $1000 difference in install price.
