It all happened soo, fast that I didnt realise I had 2 escape routes. Granted I was speeding and in the process of slowing down and going the speed limit, before the lady decided to go 25mph in a 45..
Insurance will be taking care of everything. Im gonna somehow try and get the dealership to get me a carbon fiber hood out of all this.. If possible.. Everything turbo related is fine. FMIC, IC piping turbo was a close call, but perfectly fine. Frame is straight. Needs a new radiator, radiator support, bumper, fenderes, passenger side headlight, and hood.. oh yea and a lil front clip work.. So, it could be very well damn near totaled. Should I uninstall my turbo kit before it goes to get looked at.
If the car gets totalled, I plan on paying it off with the insurance cash, and the gap insurance. Then using anything from the turbokit thats universal and pick me up a 2001 Integra LS, and make me another turbo integra. I enjoyed my old turbo DA integra.

8-12,000 in damage.
Bumper, hood, and fender will be around 1,000-1,200 alone.
When I got into my wreck, insurance sent me the check, so I was free to repair it where and how I wanted, got a CF hood for $300 less than an OEM hood + paint.

Just alittle. But I didnt prime them first. If I get the car back I will strip them and then rough them up then prime them and redo them. And, They should be perfect for a very long time..

How can you tell your car's frame is okay? It takes pretty nifty equipment to analyze that.
I hope the situation works out for you.. it sucks getting into an accident - and it sucks worse when you know it's your fault.

Yea. It could have been prevented soo easily... Well because Like all the damage is above the bumper support. when i slammed the brakes.. the car dove down and it got everything above the bumper support. thats why i believe the frame is fine..

you should leave the turbo on it and get it inspected, the insurance guy is only going to look at the damage done to the car, they won't care about mods, because unless you pay for the coverage on that, its ur loss, not theirs, so if they total it, the car is still yours for you to remove everything until they take it
oh and Integra turbo is a nice idea, i just boosted an EG for my friend, but at the end of the day, its still a honda and thats why i chose the TC, used TC's are cheap so if you really want to go back, you won't have a problem finding a good one used!
