I was of the same as you don't change anything on S/C, but putting the K&N filter and the 110 valve will the S/C punch. Also, with these two upgrades it well worth it.

Also 110 valve looks just like the 102 thats on S/C now. Toyota will never notice the different because it look exactly the same. The only difference is 110 has a stffer spring.

I was not able to retain my TRD air filter, because the 07-08 supercharger air filter footprint is completely different from the OEM airbox. It's actually two filters now. One on the top half of the airbox and the other in the usual position on the bottom.

NOTE: Let's keep this thread to 07-08 Supercharger installs please. There is a significant differenence from the 05-06.

Sorry....but your wrong the 05-06 bottom air box is the same air box used in a toyota sienna with 3.0l v-6 engine and the K&N number for air filter is 33-2145-1

Alright, i don't have an autoamtic, but i love the SC on my 08. And i agree with you, i really like my warrenty. I also agree with you on the wing and the CF parts... With the manual the S/C TC drives awsomely. I ran a 350 mile trip about 1,200 miles after my install and i got 29.8 MPG. I was a bit mad when i found out that my TRD CAI wouldn't work with the supercharger.

Hey how much does the TRD coil-over package actualy lower your car after it settles and how much improvement do you feel it gives? I saw that and almost had them put it on, but i didn't know if it would be worth the extra cash.

Extra usage of the brake pedel is normal, along with spirts of spinning the tires, rapid acceleration to name a few. Tell me honestly you havn't tried to spin your tires :D

I know I have auto too...i love it. I like blowing by Intake/header/exhaust hondas that think they can go mach 3 in civic...

I have spinned the tire on accident...its not to hard, but its no like you can burnout with S/C.

actually the whole airbox is changed on the 05-06 s/c tCs... it has a slim, upsidown, triangular shape that has a boot fitted between airbox and fender for a better feed of air.

I love the linear power from the SC. Sure it's not super fast, but you always know where the power will come on, and you're never surprised.

Best possible purchase for the warranty-loving set!

Sleep3r A huge thanks out to you bro. I've read most of your posts on this topic and I learned a lot. It definitely influenced my purchase. And I actually understand what your saying know when you use acronyms like BOV, BPV, S/C, pulley, etc.

Traffic in Los Angeles can be a . There is no need for me to go any faster here. Let's talk in two months.
no problem. man i feel for you tho, i go to LA about twice a year and i hate the traffic there. good luck and have fun with your s/c

if you need more info (im sure you read it already) there is a sticky in the f/i section about mostly all the s/c info you can get.

I have a s/c on my 07 automatic. Love it very very much. I had my car for 6months before putting the blower on. I have to say it is like driving a whole new car. However; I am not 100% stock s/c as I have replaced the bpv with the 110. I am very pleased with my choice and am glad you are as well!

for the install did the new airbox come with it or did they use part of the old one and a differant part on top.......Im guessing my SRI wil not be able to be used if I get one for my 08......

Any plans or opinions on upgraded parts for the auto tranny........other than going manual.....perhaps a cooler for it......

I too want to keep my warrenty .....and have not decided which direction to go with it S/C or another way.......

Hey romney I was checkin your car out on the CSM thread..
Must say you have a very clean ride, def a sleeper.

Do you think the new trd intake box can be used without the supercharger in a N/A engine?
