Most likely it was install error, or tuning error. Or it could just be dumbass operator error (lack of maintenance, abuse, etc).

Never blamed it on the kit, mine was due to tuning, 16psi spike sucks. But maybe i should have put it this way....... the amount of money your going to spend to get it to work plus the kit and tuning for an 08, because turbonetics never made a kit for that year, your gonna be well over what you could fab up and have a sick set-up.
