Thanks. So far so good - im glad I got my clutch done last year so there should be no issues w/ that slipping.

Just curious.. Why did you deside to only go with 10.5psi? I figure if your using meth and em, why not go with 12psi?

for that amount of horses with the 10.5 Pulley. and tune...

^yup - i think so - thanks.

and yes to the other guy, 10.5lbs is really the best setup for anybody upgrading that has an ecu. there is less chance of blowing your head gasket (then at 12lbs) and you can keep your stock injector size. If I were to do anything else I would have to change my injectors.

I meant to ask... LSD. Good investment? I really want to do it, but it would go down to that, or building the head/ Cams.

I think my LSD is one of the best mods. Its good for taking off strait, turning, and in wet conditions (not much helps in wet conditions but atleast you have both wheels to help get the car going).

in comment to TCFROEZEL - Forget stages and make sure the torque specs are what you are looking at. Remember that its not the horsepower that matters, its the torque (when finding the right clutch).

I agree strongly with the LSD!


Anyway I wonder how my tune will go, I have a 9.5 pulley, a Weapon-R intake, replaced my S-pipe, and custom exhaust work. Instead of an emanage, I am running (or will be) a HydraEMS and I wonder if the ability to tune VVT-i will make much difference or not... We will soon see, and after tune I will post vids, pics and dyno sheets!

^ your stock header will be holding you back. I would say to get a 4-1 header if you do pick one up.

and how is the LSD helping when you staying at a turn..

and turn your wheel to the right and floor it ( launch)

lsd helps? because sometimes when i floor it too hard my car wont turn i hope you know what i mean. so when you want to make a turn but u got no traction on that 1 wheel.

Yes i know that part. stage 2 is 80% more torque over stock capable ...
so i gues that's enough for what i want.
Clutches are measured on torque, not in horsepower .

80% over stock surely seems good enough for anything you will be throwing at it. Only person it wouldn't be good for is someone thats doing an engine rebuild and trying to push too high of #'s - I think the tC is best suited for a 270-310whp car - at that level people seem like they are keeping their cars running very good.

that is exactly what i need.
you planning on getting the RIppMods Cams ?
i am thinking on those but you will lose the VVT-I with he cams.But they are very eficient.

My biggest problem i gues will be tuning.

^nah im gonna keep things the way they are right now. Anything else I do I will need diff injectors and I wanna run the car the way it is for a while ...im liking it. Boost is fun though .... you always want more.
