Fuel management.. like in IceNine's car, would be GReddy Emanage Ultimate. You could probably get away with the EManage Blue. Once you get that pulley installed, you would need to be tuned. Then you can "forget it" and drive

It would not. You are going to need to get bigger injectors, and some type of cooling. And to keep it at 12lbs you wouldnt be looking at a air/air intercooler, you would prolly drop about 4lbs of boost.

well, i was going to talk about www.forcefedracing.com that say call them and ask about their stage 3 11 lb psi supercharger upgrade, but that site had disapeared. shame too because they had upgraded pulleys and tuned unichips to go with them. oh well, maybe somebody else will.
also, can't you also make the crank pulley bigger to increase the boost since that would change the ratio of rotations in the serpentine belt?

Toyota/Scion allows installation of the S/C without any internals to be changed running at 7psi.
You can get the 9.5psi upgrade pulley from NST and reading this post you can get custom higher PSI pulleys for the tC.
