thank guys I will not fail u he gave in today and when I brought up money he said Iam not going to race u after everone told him at the unit that he doesnt have a chance

no offense but these questions are worthless. you could both have 300whp even and 1 could blow the doors off another someone drives better someone launches better. i have a 5.0 cobra cam, chip, header back, intake, geared rear end, racing clutch, street dot slick, and a couple other goodies its fast as hell but ive lost to a big turbo tsi talon. it had 100 more ponys than me lol but i lost. the 4.6s without any cam or and internal work arnt that fast with bolt ons. the tc is light and boosted the acceleration may be much faster. so id prolly say the tc but the stang may suprise u i mean an intake chip and exhaust wont put that gt at 300whp no way so im leanin for the tc. ive blown the doors of a mild modded gt and they are slow as heck. i mean ive dynoed 423tq and 393whp 89 degrees so a lightly modded gt isnt a match.

OH man - Im not tryin to jack the thread but can you send me a pic of your car. ha. The tC is great turbo'd because it almost spools instantly and a 300whp car is pretty sweet. I agree that that guy surely isnt pushing 300whp in his stang. Ide say he is prob around 255-265whp (which is sweet but not as cool as a turbo tC)

^^ the only reason they feel fast is because of the tranny gears and torque. I was able to find this in a stang forum, this is a '96 and this is what the guy said...
