yes.. it should.

make sure you have the right transmission as well... an automatic and manual ecu are different

nope.. I tried to order a used ECU after the fire and the lady told me there are 2 different kinds for a manual and 3 for an auto... you need the SN# off your old one in order to get the right series

I heard someone else saying something like that before or did I hear that from you? I don't remember.

there is one minor difference in the electrical diagram. The key immobilizer will need to be reprogrammed to actually start the car.
