I messaged Ken to find out if there are any changes and what the specs are. I will update when he replies.

Well based upon the pic, it looks to be the exact same setup, or maybe that is just a generic picture to represent the tc superchargers. Who knows, but we will find out.

i dont think no issues or anything was resolved. I m pretty sure all they did is get a new MAF sensor and redo the heat shield.

Strange. When I start from the home page, I select on scion and the year 2007. then I click tC , after that I click on supercharger all I get is the Automatic Transmission Super Charger Fit Kit page. Did anyone else tried it that way.

That's because they put it under Intake/Exhaust section for 2007 tc. Try it again under that section.

Ok, I added the "supercharger" to my cart, and it says only 15 bux for shipping LOL. It also says only 15lbs. If you want to pre-order, this is a deal on shipping!

Well that's a good start. At least they are addressing the potential problems that existed and occurred on the 05-06 model superchargers. Did they provide specs? I'm still waiting on the email reply from Ken. Also, maybe this means more power output? haha...yeah only wishing!

Exact same part number as the 2006 supercharger. Its the same exact product just meant to fit the 07's maf.

the plastic cap is good enough because theres a washer between the bolt n pulley that wraps around the plastic.

i hope it isnt a 1 way bolt. like those on security doors

Any words from Ken?
I got an email back from Ken.

"Hi Chris,

Yes, the 2007 S/C will not fit the 05 and 06 and the 05 and 06's will
not fit the 07. There were some manifold changes made and the S/C had
to be redesigned.

Ken

Subject: 07 supercharger Scion Tc

Hi Ken,

I noticed the 2007 supercharger is out for the Scion Tc. I would
like to know if there are any differences between the 05-06 TRD
supercharger and the 07 model. Thanks!

Chris"

I replied back to him asking for specifics on #'s and what was "redesigned" so we will see.

Well got an email from Ken today, and this is what he said.

"It's basically the same as the 1st genertion and I can't send a link
from here, but if you log onto our site at www.trdsparks.com and check
out the info on the 06 on the supercharger page, you'll get the idea.
It's really not going to be any different.

Ken"

I am going to email vortech as well and see if I can get any specs on the spuercharger for the 07 tc. From the sound of it, it isn't going to be any different, just more reliable. Updates to follow.
