damn im trying to think where that gasket is from. I want to guess its an exhaust gasket because of the black inside and it looks to be about 2 1/4" diameter. Not sure though.
Wouldnt worry about the power steering connector too much. I am 99% sure it doesnt throw a CEL and it wont affect your break-in period.

thanks guys i had figured it out!
so ive got the new engine bolted to the mounts, ive got the clutch lines on the trans, and the slave cylinder bolted (although not bled,yet. clutch sinks to ground). I'm stuck on what to start connecting, putting back, bolting up, manual doesnt really give detail. if someone could help me out?

just start putting it back together the way that you pulled it apart? if instead of waiting for an answer on here you were just re assembling, you'd be done before you get an answer.
I've pulled two engines with no manual or anything and just used common sense on how to do it. Hell, one of them we left the axles in the transmission and pulled it out that way lol

Ok theres only one last thing from me being able to crank it over, i had the battery holder on, my battery connected went into the car to see if it showed power but it didnt. I looked in to the engine bay and seen the other end of the black terminal of the battery dangling my question is where does the other end bolt to?

I bolted the other end to the hole above the starter on the tranny. Still no power at all to the car. Battery is fully charged. Maybe i Bolted it to the wrong hole. Does the ECU need to be plugged in to get power? Because im trying to do the break in method that trd07tc said to disconnect the ecu and plugs. Please im trying to finish my car
