I'm looking to get my turbonetics kit up to the 300 range . I have a unichip tuner to tune . I'm going to install a water/meth kit . I'm going to look for 550 inj instead of the 440 I currently have . . Is there anything I'm forgetting .

go with those 550's, get the ptuning 3" exhaust, ptuning return fuel system with walbro 255 and bump the boost to 10-12 psi....thats basically what got me to 341...my new ramey built manifold flows exhaust to the turbo way better too.

i have the aam fuel return system .
and 550 inj will be searched for soon .
as far as the uni chip you say its not possible or its not a easy tuneing or reliable ??
and i have a manual boost controller.
so i take it the 3" exhaust will be better than my axle back injen bolt on one lol .

if you just have an axle back, and stock exhaust other than that, it will be a lot harder to hit 300. get a full 2.5 or 3" exhaust for that.
a walboro 255 or dw300 will help with fuel needs so you don't max out your injectors. the fuel return will help but a fuel pump as well will really make sure.
i don't know what trans you have either, but if you have stock clutch on a manual you're going to burn through that at 300.
probably some other small things, but nothing major to go from say 250 to 300.

unichip cannot tune closed loop for our cars so what that means is it cannot tune partial throttle the only units that can are the Emanage Ultimate and the FiC. the FiC is the more pocket friendly unit and is reliable the ultimate is more costly but has way more options.

don't go more than 350 on stock block. if it's your daily, i wouldn't go more than 300. don't know how many miles or anything you have on your car. you can go to dezod.com or worldracing.com

iv made 300 on alot less
stock axle back
550cc injectors
aem fic
57trim turbo
11-12psi boost
stock fuel pressure
stock returnless fuel system
dont get me wrong you can make alot more power and be more effeciant doing it by getting all that stuff but after 300 you need to start looking at engine parts, thats just my two pennies.

I concur.
Unichip has a very limited tuner base. That is why many do not like it. There are about 10 in the country. This makes it very hard and expensive to tune.
