no. at the last min after he found out about jeff's intercooler problem, he decided that the one used on most kits wouldnt cut it. so hes replacing it with a PWR intercooler.

If im correct, todd's kits are all built to order they arent sitting on a shelf and to build the manifold and downpipe like the one he sell's it takes 4-6 week's just like getting a kit from full race takes time.

Yeah, after you order his kit, you pay for part of it so he can get the mani and downpipe fabricated, as well as getting some of the parts.
It's been about 4 weeks for me, and I've gotten alot of items. I'm expecting the rest within the next couple weeks. And Todd's really good at keeping me updated on the progress.

need a different intercooler at the power levels we are at. something along the lines of a garret or precision.

i didnt want anyone to get the wrong idea. the intercoolers that tood, dezod, zpi, and all others sell with there kits are great for up to about 450 whp. but i am aiming my sights a little higher, and need a more efficent intercooler. dont get it in your head that the intercoolers that everyone is using in there kits are crap. its just the same reason i upgraded to a lager turbo. the one i had got me a 12.6 pass. there was nothing wrong with it. it just didnt make the power i was looking for. the point i was tying to get across was to travis. when he asked about stuff being on backorder, i didnt want him or anyone else to think that todd had any shipping problems. also i wanted poeple to see how he has his customers best intrest in mind. he cold have just sent the kit knowing that the intercooler would not meet my very high power goals. but insted he advised an upgrade. which i gave him the go ahed for. so dont worry. unless you are building 500-600 hp cars like me and 318_tc, your intercooler will be more than sufficent. :D

I have to attest to Todd's commitmnet to his costomers.
When I ordered my kit, I told him I was aiming for 300-350hp so the 440cc injectors were fine. This weekend, I told todd I am setting my sites a little higher, like 400hp, and since I had not used the injectors yet (which he already sent me) he said I could just send them back and he's going to send me the 550cc injectors insted.
Nice!

That's why I ask instead of assuming things...

Shouldn't you go a little higher injector like a 650cc if you want to get to 400hp?

Well, if I go 650 now, it will be way to much for the 300 I'm going to start with. I really think with the way Todd's kit is set up, with the larger turbo and the equal lenght mani, that 550cc should be good for 400hp. We'll just have to wait and see. And depending on my funds, I'll either have to settle for 350hp, or get bigger injectors.

Who? Me? Yes.
I'm really leaning towards the AEM F/IC since it seems to handle the partial boost issue that Dezod made the Black Box for as well.
Plus, I just really like AEM. On the forums at AEM, they said that it would be possible in the future to add datalogging to the F/IC from the AEM Wideband EUGO, which I have.
