9.5 pulley and belt problem
my K070890 belt got shredded.
i install the oem belt back on, (Jegs's gates belt is on back order)
I run the car for 10 minutes. The the belt seem to be moved out a little on the idle pulley.
My question is "Did I install the pulley too far in?"

I've run in to a similar situation, but my idler pulley and the nut for the alternator pulley are covered in rust. My belt is squealing and is starting to shred.
I ordered a new belt, idler pulley set with hardware, and have the NST alternator and water pump pullies. That should take care of my problem.
There are shims for the idler pullies that might need adjustment to get the belt aligned properly. If you are still within the warranty period, you might be able to get the dealership to fix it. I decided I don't want the hassle of dealing with the dealership, and wanted to upgrade a couple pullies while fixing the problem.

I ran across a similar problem, and has been that way for a couple weeks. Today my squealing (and belt shredding) went away because the belt popped off. I have a new belt, alternator pulley, and water pump pulley ready to get put on. Still waiting on the idler pulley and hardware kit (taking forever) to get here. The hardware kit should come with shims to help align the belt, so I shouldn't have this problem anymore.

Finally got the idler pulley and hardware kit, but it's only one pulley, and the hardware kit is only a bolt. What sucks is the bolt cost more than the pulley. I hope to get everything put on this week.
