I had a friend at the dealership put the new pulleys from Garage (thanks), idler pulley, and belt on. He took the s/c pulley off and changed out the shim (belt was riding the edge of the rusted idler pulley before the belt popped off). Belt is now aligned properly on all pulleys. No more squealing and I can enjoy driving again.

Good stuff Yes the TRD kit comes with many shims for the oem pulley as build tolerances were slightly off from kit to kit.

Should the belt be lined up dead on the two idler pulleys?
