Default 9.5 pulley install

Do you have to reset the ecu after the install or is it bolt on and go?

With the 12lb pulley you will probably need bigger injectors and a fuel management system

Do yourself and your motor a favor and research before you put the 12psi pulley on.

agreed. more boost will increase intake temps drastically. you will need more cooling (intercooler, meth, etc) and more fuel. id run some sort of management as well. these cars dont take boost well without some sort of engine control

Not sure if it would cause a CEL, but if it senses detonation it will definitely kill power. Did you get the CEL right after the header swap? Only way to know is to get it checked.

Also the way I changed pulleys is putting an adjustable strap wrench (oil filter) on the pulley.

What bpv are you using, the stock is known to leak boost especially after going to the smaller pulley. Are you using premium? Also the ecu still needs to learn even after being flashed.

Reflashed last monday un did battery yesterday for spark plugs then today installed pulley. My gas is a mix of 87/93 since it was half full of 87 last week. I'm using a forge 007 BPV. The fat tube from the bottom of the BPV to the sc comes off when I get on it hard from all the torque steer I've zip tied it on so hopefully won't now

Mods are
CAI,2.5 cat-back,2.5 in s-pipe oem header,light weight crank pulley

Didn't want to start a new thread. My question is sometimes my car feels strong mostly in 2nd gear and then sometimes it wont maybe it's just me but after work at 2 am get in the car and drive it pulls hard nice in 2nd gear then say during the day jump in doesn't feel as strong in that same gear. Everything looks hooked up right any idea on what could cause this day and night difference lol

Is it colder at 2am, then during the day? If so then there is your answer.
