with some basic supporting mods, like an exhaust, s-pipe and header, I'm gonna say 220-230hp with a very good tune. I may be going out on a limb here, but i can say it's possible.

also depends on how conservative you are tuning...

Possibly upgrading to a little larger injectors could help get a little more fuel in there as well...

None of the above... header, s-pipe, 2.5" exhaust forge 007 and 9.5psi pulley but only reading 8.4psi.... the dyno is on my profile...

i'm pretty sure the 9.5 psi pulley on a supercharger with no other modifications other than a bpv to hold the additional boost is 21 whp gain. so 190 whp plus 21 is 210 whp.

what about S/C, 9.5 pulley, megan headers, greddy full exhaust, short ram intake, 600 fuel injectors, throttle body spacer, lighter flywheel, crank shaft, pulleys, best spark plugs available, and a great expensive tuning. What els is there?

water/meth injection would be another option. Cams from RippMods (even though it costs an arm and a leg)

Why not just change the blower? Get a v6 or v7. They are able to hold up to like 600hp. The blower on the car is good too 22psi and 475 hp.

Wow...thats good, but don't get too comfortable with just the TRD reflash, to be on the safe side, you should have it tuned anyways....
