Well then, it's your option. If u were to get the max out of the setup with some more boost (pulley) and the best AFR all the time. The this would be the option. But do not worry since I love the E-manage Ult. a LOT.

The AEM clearly seems like the best choice ....but ... spending even more then I already do on my car just doesnt seem like the best idea for me. BUT - having a real ecu seems bad azz. I can't wait to see the results people get with it. A strait tuneable ecu has to be better (lets assume you have a good tuner).

Hey, has the AEM stand alone PnP engine management always been an option for the turbo kits? Just wondering if that $2k was what it'd cost.

Righto, I realize it's in development. I just wasn't sure when they added that option to their turbo kits or if there was a previous AEM option.

The 1st Full Road Race tC is a 2007, which is a 1st to be on an AEM anywhere, and for us here at Dezod. We are very excited to see the net results from just tuning the bolt-ons on that car. We are already seeing great results on a mild tune, and hope to have VERY strong gains in the area of 200whp all motor.

Also we have 2 different testers lined up for boost testing, one of course is a built bottom end running upwards of 1 BAR of boost, the other is a DD stock bottom end on 10 PSI.

So if testing continues well over the next few weeks, we will open the pre-order, which already has 2 people on it.

I live in STL, MO where I have to pass an OBDII port test for emissions. I really want this to finish off my turbo kit, but will it allow the OBDII to function normally?

You will still get readings out of it, but I am unsure if it will pass emissions

Well we have been indebted with calls and emails about the system and let me just post some information now.

The AEM will be released in the next week or 2. I want to have some more testing done. Also, there will be a pre-order for the unit. Retail will be $2000 plus MAP and shipping. Pre-order will be $19xx-2000 with free express shipping & free 3 BAR MAP. (We have 4 people on the pre-order now as it is) We will require a $750 non-refundable desposit once the pre-order is officially opened. You can get your name on the call list now, by calling us up, emailing me or PM'ing me. Thanks for your time.

Where were you a year ago... oh wait :D

Seriously, great job delivering the goods. I know you've been working on the AEM standalone for quiet some time. I'm glad to see it finally ship! Good job and good luck!
