Thanks for the input chris. As awesome of a mod as this sounds, i may lean away from doin it. Even tho i know what itll be, the thought of havin a flashin cel kinda scares me. Especially when im at the track and even more after im built.

wotbox causes a flashing cel as well if memory serves, though i dont think the cel stays on if the wotbox is configured correctly.

so goin thru the fic really wont benefit me much. its prolly a better option for an n/a build. plus, i dont like the idea of a flashing cel. i wouldnt mind as much if i was n/a but with boost, itll make me poop pancakes at the line....lol

Flashing cel means that there is a mis-fire happening, well that's how these things operate. By removing power to the coil packs the air fuel mixture is allowed to pass into the exhaust, while one cyl is at the tail end of the exhaust stroke power is restored to that cyl coil and the spark plug is fired. It ignites the air/fuel mix that's left in the cyl and the "flame" travels past the exhaust valve and into the exhaust manifold. This creates the enough pressure to spin the turbine wheel.

This is the gist of how it functions.

2step can cause issues no matter what unit you use if its not used properly and set up correctly, just keep these two things in mind and you will have some fun with it.
