Very quiet community. I want to say it's basically a retirement section from what I can see of the residents there. I haven't seen or heard her grandparents having to many problems when it comes to being damaged from Hurricane season.

As far health goes. Its alot easier for that.. my grandfather moved down here and did much better..

Surprised about the hurricane damage part but thats good to know in the long run.... PA is getting worse day by day, and im looking for a nice small community for my mother to retire in and mike ill prob be moving a little closer to your neck of the woods.

The further south you go, Spanish becomes more important. Try that same deal in some areas of Miami.

You should have seen when my dad and sister tried to get a slice of pizza from a shop in the Miami Airport they kept trying to give them a hotdog and my dad was like no no P I Z Z A and they didnt understand a dang thing he was saying so yeah i would classify Miami as being a whole different country

most of the billboards in miami are in spanish. i dont think i would ever live anywhere south of delray beach. from boca down is a huge mess.
