I just fixed a body of mines. he was getting 1-2 psi diffrence!

I poped the hood and found..

Advanced auto T'ee! Restricting flow and just to small!

And the lines that came with truboost once warm were very soft!

We changed out the T with the correct size, and replaced the line going to truboost.

50000% diffrence!

Its right were it needs to be!

you know looking at the lines they seemed kinda small to me but i thought they were the same size that came with the true boost.

not a bad idea to swap em out for slightly larger.

i tried setting the spring rate to 1 or 2 and it hold boost more consistent, i just dont like it when the wastegate opens early on low boost when im partial throttling, it lags a bit and too much attention on the street.. i set mine to 7 and I boost from 8-10 psi at 20% duty cycle, it doesnt fluctuate but a slow creep which i dont mind actually if feels good gaining boost

Those are the actual size vacuum lines that came with the TRUboost and they are tiny and flimsy. I prolly will upgrade them today. The T fittings I have I stole from Turbochargers. John put them in the box and I just didn't tell him that they were not mine...
