Yea maf sizing is not the issue, he just got retuned on his new setup, one thing I can see is if the maf or o2 or going out during light cruise it will go rich I had that issue for a bit before I left so I just ordered a new maf for when I get back,

Haven't had a chance to test it yet, been working both jobs nearly all week. Saturday morning should be the next chance I get to meet up with my friend and do a little more trouble shooting with the car and the gauge.

Pull AEM sensor out of downpipe. Spray a rag with brake cleaner. Turn car to ACCII and see if AEM WB reads full lean after a few seconds of sitting in the air. (It should)

Then take that brake cleaner rag and smother the sensor with it. The sensor should then read dead rich and stay dead rich. If it does both, the sensor is working 100% perfect and it's not the AEM sensor.

Should read, "- - -"

(iPhone camera won't pick up the full display)

Since the sensor's been replaced, it's obviously the UEGO itself. Replace the gauge. Sucks, but is what it is. If it were me, I'd strap it to a dyno and verify its off with an o2 sniffer.

alright, didn't take out the O2 sensor since my friend was working on loads of other cars that day, but while letting the car sit with the engine off, but the key in the on position, it sat right at 10.0 to 10.2 a/r for up to 20 minutes. later I think I'll swap gauges with a friend to see if it gives him the same problem as I get.

Sounds like sensor is dead or you have an leaking injector.

Drax have you checked to see if maybe the connector melted on your exhaust or something? Or maybe a wire?

Hey Paul he said with the key in the on position it's saying 10.2 so that's a sensor, wiring or gauge issue

Run this simple test and if it does not perform as stated, the sensor is dead.
