After 2 years, finally running my car tonight at the drag strip!

Lol all things aside, I already mentioned that I was still learning to race. I've ran a 14.0 before, but again that was 2 years ago w/ the same tires, different tune by a different tuner.
As far as the "remedy fix" the AEM standalone did fix the problem, the car doesn't go into Limp mode anymore which my main concern, but as far as the power tune, the actual problem was that the car was leaning out going to 15.1 when reaching max whp/wtq, and wasn't a smooth fuel curve or something like that. I don't remember exactly what the tuner who datalogged my car said.
Reason for upgrading to bigger injectors is because I'm maxed out with the methanol and all. Also reason I'm putting the LSD in is to help me get traction. Learning to drive a quarter mile is hard, and I admit that.
Does anyone know if it's possible to run 16x8 rims on the tc and clear the break calipers? Looking into picking up 2 of these for slicks

I don't have the map or datalog of the car but I can see if I can get it and post it. I appreciate you offering to take a look and help, hopefully I can get the map!
I'm an easy sale, and I should have researched tuners more and more around the area before I selected one. The new tuner I'm going to www.tunedbypsi.com has been doing AEM for about 8 years and said that my last tuner didn't fully tune the car, pretty much did like a 50% tune on the map. Which is what lead to my car bogging, not starting well on cold/warm starts, random stuff like that.

on a standalone, your start up will be ideally tweaked by you.. a tuner that will have your car for like a day will not perfect that. different startup temp require some tuning, once the car starts up and you wanna try if its perfect the next crank will be on a different temp, they will have to wait for it get cold to that same temp.

thank you for the heads up. definitely looking into getting some.

Dodaddy, its good to see you seek improvement. And be grateful that people on here are trying to help you.
Out of the advice I have seen so far for you, Travis nailed it.
If you can answer this question with a... "yes" , then there is no point on throwing any more money in your car to improve your times.
The question:
Do you think there is somebody on this planet who can drive your car faster than you can?
if the answer is yes, keep going to the dragstrip and improve YOURSELF first. This same rule applies to road racing as well.
As for getting an lsd, that won't help you very much . In drag racing, the ideal situation is to not have any wheelspin at all. An lsd is to improve acceleration out of turns. Sure if you have massive wheelspin it can help, but it is a bandaide fix. I can tell you from personal experience that a 400whp tC will blow through 1-3 gear regardless if it has an lsd or not.

some advice for you Will... , summer tires are great but usually have a stiff sidewall to improve handling characteristics. They do not fair well in the 1/4 because of that. Just because they have a sticky compound does not = better 60 ft times. In fact I have always done BETTER on all seasons on the 1/4 mile because they have a sidewall that gives and they hook better. Best thing is to pick up some drag radials, best of both worlds sticky tire with uber soft sidewall. Dont expect them to take turns though LOL

Work on that first, because if you add more mods, AT THIS POINT, and track it...you'll probably have another disappointing time.
I think you'd be more satisfied at how you'd improve as a driver, than what additional mods can give you. Good luck!

Got my descendant fuel rail and 750cc RC Injectors for my retune since my injectors were maxed out on the last tune.
We are working on the LSD install at the moment before we retune, then I am running the car again after LSD install and retune!
