all owners chime in- tensioner shock failure~

maybe the belt is just a tad too small stressing the shock on the pulley. Just a thought. Those things are pretty heavy duty. Mine got stuck in place before (which I realized when changing the crank pulley)but after a few good two person tugs on the bolt, it loosened.

well, so its been replaced and all that jazz. everything is aligned.
the old tensioner doesnt look bad in the slightest, looks brand new if anything, not leaking or broken.
only thing they think is that it may have not been primed right when it was installed and thats what caused it to go. but if this one goes out as quick too then that wasn't the problem.
