Travis, you've done like oh... 4-5 clutch installs? I think you have a little bit more experience than myself. hahaha

True...but, you got to start somewhere. Over on Yoursciontc.com is a great DIY for doing a clutch/flywheel install.
my very first clutch was on a scion tc and i did it in 8 hours. granted i had a lift and air tools as help but there were also 6 hands in the car 2 of them being mine.

My first clutch change was on our Scion tC too. My boy Nick had previous experience on changing his. With his help, me and him did it in about 6 hours. Now I can do them in 6hrs by myself. Maybe less time.

That's with no lift, and no air tools. Two jacks and two jack stands.

travis you are silly man. the fans cant spin fast enough to let all that "to fast to notice" air get passed them un-restricted. you might want to change that about your car. you are putting strain on the fan motors when they keep the fan spinning at 1 speed but the speed of the air moving through your radiator wants them to spin at another speed.

Like I said, never noticed. It's been like that since day one of being boosted (nearly 3 years now). My fan pushes more CFM's than my turbo did at the time... It is setup to pull air out. So, the air coming into the engine bay is going in the same direction as my fan is (pulling). With the car running, and you pop the hood, you stick your hand down behind the radiator, it's blowing on your hand...to illustrate it a different way.

front fans spin in one direction imo when air pushed freely, its due to the blade design.. if you flip the blades then its gonna turn the opposite way just make sure you wire it on the right polarity otherwise the wind and the motor are gonna fight each other.. 30mph is a bit slow for you to have more air flow than the fans cfm.. maybe unless you run without the bumper. I know since i used to run and experiment on different setups, at 50 mph thats where i noticed a good drop on coolant temp

Does anyone have a picture to show the proper direction of the fins on the fan must be in after you flip them?

different fans are different, you dont have to flip all of them.. with the TT fan, i just wired to the right polarity to push air.. try the fan first before mounting

mounting the TT fans is no different that mounting other aftermarket fans.. go to autozone and buy those fan mounting kits that looks like zipties

I didn't reverse the fans. I just made sure when they are turned on, they spin clockwise (push towards the radiator.
