No, I just got the tracking number for the brackets today. I'll have everything on Tuesday, so I'll install them sometime next week.

And people aren't lying when they say that a car is never finished . At least I've managed to resist buying stuff. I had the chance to get JIC coils, Stoptech BBK and RPF1s (no tires) for cheap as hell ($2000 for everything), but opted to not spend the money.

dont' boost, you will be fine. no fire unless you go crazy.

just run it open DP

your o2 is on the dp right?

loud = good
Primary O2 is on the DP. Secondary is on the s pipe and the car does not like it because its not connected onto my car. Idle is all trippy because of no present secondary O2, so that's another reason why I don't drive it around.

All I want is a downpipe that fits. lol

That's weird, my car ran fine without the primary O2, I wouldn't expect the secondary to freak it out.

Secondary 02 will NOT cause a driveability issue - i dont have one installed and have had no issues whatsoever - all it does it through a cat efficiency code. The second 02 sensor does not affect timing or afr it only determines wether the primary cat is working correctly or not. Im sure everyone else on here will confirm this The primary 02 sensor makes fuel trims while in closed loop mode - while it is possible to run without it as many ppl here have - it makes the need for your tune to be perfect very important

Alright boys and girls. I've been waiting over a month for a new dp and I still haven't seen it yet, nor do I know when i'll see it. I'm in need of a car now and I'm starting to think I'm going to have to go custom with my down pipe now. How much do you guys thing that would cost?

Shouldn't be too much, I'd guesstimate around $100-200? Just get something to use while you wait 3 years for your new one.

3 years? I'm thinking you're underestimating that time. lol.

All I want is flippin' downpipe that works and Todd is taking is time like usual. He's known about this problem for a month now. I know he has it done because he said he picked it up last monday, and said he had my dump tube done last friday. I'm just waiting on him to finally ship it. He needs to can some of his fabricators because I keep on seeing fitment issues left and right with all these new kits. The quality I once heard about from slowly is trickling away.

Who all wants to make a wager

You may be asking...."What are we wagering on?"

The answer is: Will my down pipe fit without modification or not?

Let the wagering begin! LOL
