I say it fits, but something else won't because of it.

This is where a donut gasket would come in handy. I have one between my downpipe and S-Pipe, and it gave me flexibility with the position of the S-Pipe.

this is where a mig welder and plasma cutter or cet rig comes in handy seriously thats when i bought my equipment - prolly 4-5 yrs ago i was gunna have to take a simple piece to a shop to have welded and they wanted to charge me like $50 just to weld it so i said hey i shud just learn to mig weld - bought a cheapo flux core from harbor freight and practiced lol now 4 years later im a pretty damn decent welder (also thanks to some pros who have helped with my technique lol) and i now have a millermatic 135 I still haev the harbor freight flux wire tho lol

I am not sure bout the harbor freight welders, I have the 90 amp also and with out gas it splatters like a ****. I dont trust it at all, I did use it to weld the tabs on my bumper so that my intercooler bolts in and its easier to take on and off. Tig welding is not that hard if you know how to weld. If you have ever played with arc or oxy acetylene. its all in watching the puddles. I am learning right now how to tig weld and I love it so much more. I am planning on buying the SNAP on Tig welder when I go off to wyo tech because of the 50 percent off. so i get it for about 3700.

as far as i know all flux core machines splatter bad...thats why i want to go to a mig soon less splatter and cleaner welds.

I saw the harbor freight tig machine last weekend....i was pretty tempted just to try it out but i want that mig first just because im a little more familiar with a wire feed welder.

yea flux core splatters like HELL - thats why i bought a mig as soon as i could - i think miller has a decent tig for like $1300-1500 - i might look into it once the car is boosted again in a couple weeks and that expense is out of the way lol
