I'm definitely going to sleep on it. For right now i'm and definitely going to pull off the kit and put it up for sale. At my current standing I am planning on putting the car back to stock and trading it in for another platform. If I keep the tc, it will have a bone stock engine. That seems very unlikely to happen though. I think its just time for me to move on.

I acheived all my goals with the car I had put out, well almost with the turbo. I had plan to never ever put the car on sale, my blood sweat and tears went into this car since I was 16. It was unfortunate it had to end like this. I hate throwing away my dream.

I'm going to conclude that my motor went out because of oil starvation, why exactly I don't know. There wasn't enough pan sealant to drop my pressure THAT much. The main stuff that was in the strainer was sludge from Mobil 5w30 on 250 miles. Everyone seems to get 60psi at startup, but my car never saw that kind of pressure, even the first startup I had. I only saw about 40psi tops.

hey kev carlos told me he is going to head to asylum and offered for me to go but i dont have the extra time to spare nor the molla to spend ona road trip. I'm not sure what I am going to move on to yet. I'm going to sell all my parts and probably end up making payments on the next car I buy. I'm going to look at TL, TSX, and if I feel like paying alot of money, an IS250. Does anyone have a stock a pillar with SRS they want to sell me?

i can trade you mine but its not in all that great of shape....bug carlos about it he has a spare he got from the junkyard in case he ever decided to go back to stock. he is about to come over in a few min....he broke a bolt on his down pipe trying to fix an exhoust leak...lulz...we are prolly going to be all night trying to get the bolt out and fix what ever leaks he has...

Chris, you should be able to get it out with a one of those reverse thread bolt removers. We had use one because my buddy broke his pressure plate bolt in his flywheel.

Hey man sorry to hear about your trouble. My motor blew up as well but i'm moving on into the build motor game. I also plan ( just like you were ) not to sell the tC and make it a monster.

Just look at it this way, yes it sucks having messed up motor but it also can move you forwards towards more power if you build yourself a motor.

Rus, I know how it feels man. How much is it costing to have your motor built? I'm pretty sure I'm out of the FI game if I do keep the tc. Kit has to go on sale for a new motor if I choose, or a down payment for a new car. I've been looking around at other cars, and the only thing that has caught my eye is a TL-S, which is way out of my price range. Car searching sucks *****.
