Pardon my devil advocacy here, but to me, having to modify something that is already suppose to fit is a sign of poor planning and craftsmanship. My boy had to modify his as well, and is now selling it for something better.
Being happy is one thing. Quality control is another. I guess I should ask who Has Not needed to modify or fix something on a TT kit to work right? So far the count is only 1. He's going to have to do better than that, that's just one mans opinion that's all.

For me
8 months to get kit
Maf was welded wrong
Shop improved intercooler mount by welding tabs on instead of using two welded nuts
Intercooler pipes were too short
Intercooler had metal shavings inside
no gaskets came with turbo
downpipe flange did not mate with turbo at all
I purchased Dezod's exhaust manifold studs these had to be used for the turbo so the downpipe could bolt up after the shop fixed the flange (it wouldn't bolt up before they modified it).
Intercooler wasn't coated
this was a $4800.00 kit that had to be modified to fit, that is totally unacceptable by any standard. If it had one small problem then I would say no big deal things happen but to have all of these problems. WTF.
If I would have just waitied and got another kit, I bet one I would have had it sooner and two fitment would have been a lot better.

I'm telling u man, U'll love it, ignore the bad coments.

man, I go to bed for a few hours and my thread gets jacked and blown up. LOL Thanks fellers.
Todd knows whats up, and what needs to be fixed. Can I say i'm happy with this experience from day one? I don't think I am, but I'm glad I have my stuff now and i'll do what I need to do to get it to fit.
