Some have been asking about the process of production. The pieces start off like this for example:

About 90% of all of the cutting involved in making this model is done automated on a laser table.

The materials are then prepped for weld using both a chemical and mechanical cleaning to ensure there are no contaminants that enter the welds.

The pieces are fit together first by hand in a "jig" to ensure machining processes where performed correctly. If all is well, we then tack weld all of the pieces into place.

After tacking, a back purge line is placed into the tube while welding to ensure there are no contaminants that enter the weld to weaken it. We do this using pure 100% Argon during this process. Each weld that occurs on the outside of the tube is also blanketed with this same noble inert gas to ensure a contaminant-free weld.

Once all of the welding is done this is end product.

We have managed to eliminated about 20% of the total welds in this design manifold. We maximized the flow in it by port matching throughout and also made the unit stronger in the weakest areas, which had proven failure points on previous generation units. Cliff notes = less welds, stronger unit.

This manifold has taken the DG Spec team to their first turbocharged victory flawlessly.

Last week alone, over 10 hours of grueling abuse at wide-open throttle and for 3 hours straight alone on the race track wheel to wheel with competitors.

These manifolds are shipping with every Dezod S1 ordered now and are available for individual sale as well.

Just got word from a local customer he made "330 horse 335 lbs/foot, 10.5/11 PSI" on our new Xtreme manifold equipped S1 on a local Mustang Dyno.

His only comment "she is fast. Lol"
