And what does that have to do with this thread?

Here you go, send me $50, I will send it back in two weeks. I promise.

todds company is not a huge operation he dosent have a in house powder coater so when he has stuff off at the coaters and there mess breaks what is he to do? threads like this only hurt everyone in the end us for lack of companys left and the companys for people bashing them so who knows i just think this kinda thing is better kept private not out in the open im sure you wont like the end results

What is he to do? Not promise it in 2 weeks if he isnt sure if he can get it in two weeks. And he knows its not a huge operation, so why collect peoples money like it is? If you cant handle the work load, then dont accept the business. If you accept the business, accept the outcome.

And this isnt beter left kept private. Now I know if I order from TT that I will have to wait longer than 2 weeks. This is EXACTLY what the public needs to hear. Why cover it up?

I dont see why you think its ok for TT to deceive people? Please explain why that is fine.

Again, if poop happens. Send me $50, I promise I will return it in 2 weeks. If I happen to forget, I appologize, its because I am busy.

I have only heard great things from people about TT. I its cool that he takes a lot of time to ensure great quality products to everyone that buys from him but just keep the customers updated on there items. A call, a text, a email would be great. This doesn't just go out to TT but to every company out there. I mean if I ordered from any company and they don't keep me updated on my items of course I'm goning to feel like I'm being scammed. But I'm sure TT isn't scamming anyone but just needs better communication.

the OP has every right to vent this way. I don't know of his particular situation, but I do beleive that Todd posted up early today (maybe even yesterday?) in the other zpi replacment mani thread that at 7 orders were ready to ship.
most like.y about the BOV, he just did not want to ship you out the worng one as he had a few different styles done at once.

Now, in Todd's defense, not only is this a very small business that he is starting up, but he is barely making a dime off of it because of how small he is doing right now.
Also, last time I spoke to him, he was having a somewhere seriouse family issue...but yoru right, business is business, and if thigs like that effect his business...well...it will effect his business.

With that being said, I hope this is not taken the wrong way, but there have been posts going on for a year about how slow he gest stuff out, so you should have known this before purchasing.

But to ease yoru mind on the scam...I'd just like you to know that I trust todd enougth that I have actually left my car in his hands in another state for over a month now getting stuff done to it....If I did not trust him, there is NO WAY I would be willing to do that.

So, I feel yoru pain, you have every right to vent, but rest assured, you are NOT being scammed, and it will all be worth it in the end.

In response to the OP, no you are not being scammed.. he is just slow and todd knows that.. Im sure he is trying his best but ideally there shouldnt be excuses for no response and some broken promises, he is running a business so its an issue he should face..but for sure he is doing all he can. If I was local I would even help out on some stuff lol, the kit is nice and worth the wait..

I'm watching on how this is handled because I am deciding on whether to go Dezod or TT for a turbo kit. I've PM'd both with questions and both have replied - but I haven't seen many threads about Dezod taking forever to get products out or to even respond. The way this situation is handled will greatly impact my decision.

Yeah, Dezod deffinatley has a better response time then TT, no doubt about it.
I WOULD say, but how much does that matter after you get your kit? How much will you be dealing with them afterwards? But that woudl be pointless because I got my kit from Todd about a year ago and I speak with him about every other week!
