Yeah definately better than having a charcoal engine bay

It looks like that flange will slide right in.. the pressure of the system/heat should in theory make it a snug fit. Looks like the bolt together also.. or i'm reading it wrong.. Joe/Paul.. you guys chime in?

I can show you an old electronic version of the manual on how things fit together.. but I think the manual has been updated since then
Works on the same premise as a slip fit exhaust. It is a sleeve that slides up and down to adjust for the WG being recirc'd.

When I hooked up my e01 the top of the wastegate went to one of the ports on the boost ports. but when I was manual it was left open.

You mean like an extention on the wiring harness?? If you can fine the clips anywhere, you could make one yourself.

*sigh*

Been playing with my toys Have nothing else to do til' the manifold comes in. I've already:

- assembled the oil return bracket and fitting on the turbo (with RTV, woohoo!)
-bolted the downpipe to the turbo
-clocked the turbo both oil feed/return and compressor side to the best of my minds eye. Might have to make fine adjustments later, but wanted to figure out how to do that now.
-Bolted the exhaust flange to the wastegate.
-Assembled the BOV to the charge pipe (That damn C clip worried the heck outta me and even broke a Craftsman C clip tool in the process!! Me and a buddy went at that darn thing for at least 10 minutes. A good tip is to unbolt the outter shell via a few allen bolts on the front face.
-familiarized myself with the coupling sizes/clamp sizes
-familiarized myself with the plumbing lay out. Very simple!
-Have all the couplings and clamps paired up

What i'll do tomorrow:
-Clean out all the inners of each charge pipe (Why they heck are they always so dirty? Even when you buy intakes and whatnot there's all that residue on the inside, blah
-Mount the intercooler. I just wanna get that part outta the way very badly. Anyone with a dezod kit with the stock front bumper, please chime in and throw me some tips. Won't leave the intercooler bolted up of course, just wanna get the brackets situated.

I'm running outta things to do!!! Ahhh! Looks like i'll just have to sit on my bed with my turbo in my lap making noises like "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......PSSSSSSHHHHHHH!" until that darn mani comes!

That is the really cool thing about Paul, he treats everyone the same. So he sent me the same boring plastic little baggies with the really cool goodies inside. I spiced up the presentation of the pictures and for anyone wanting to use the pictures later. I placed Dezod business cards on the bags simulating a header card for the products.

ok hate to dissapoint u prototype but today while doing an oil change looked under the car to see if i could switch the wideband with the o2 sensor and u cant, the wideband sensor is alot longer and it would nver fit its at least an inch and a half bigger, when ur working with only about 2 millimters worth of space with the o2 sensor lol. Rippmods ordered this one for me cross ur fingers that it will work, i think it will cause its L shaped im gonna call them 2morrow and see if they got the part in yet here is what they ordered for me.

Then how in the world did a few choice people use the anti-fouler trick with a header install?

Turbonetics # 21376:

DIY non-fouler:

Paul or Joe, is the secondary O2 bung on your S-Pipe in the same location related to the stock bung on the stock O2 bung?

Is the bung positioned differently on the Dezod S-pipe in relation to the stock S-pipe?
