So knowing about so many problem with the SC, has TRD done anything about it?
ive been on these boards for awhile and i always read on the supercharger problems, but it seems that too many problems are happening with the SC.

I only know of 3 problems - a bracket that breaks, warped seals, and now this bearing issue - though the bearing issue and warped seals are likely related.
The bracket breaking is the only one that hasn't been explained thoroughly by TRD.
The warped seals issue (and possibly the bearing issue) is resolved by proper alignment as documented in the manual addendum:

So... Is this a no on the supercharger? I mean what are the odds... you guys aren't the only ones who bought them. I would consider it but I have an 07... Are you saying go turbo instead? Thanks.
And my deepest sympathies that's a lot of money to pay for this many problems.

I believe it all comes down to installation. The Supercharger is a good kit. I had a blast with mine, never any problems, hope my verdict w/ my SC can let peeps know it is not a kit to stay away from.

Honestly, I'm not surprised to hear about all these Supercharger "Problems".
Dealers aren't the most knowledgable when it comes to adding on performance mods. Chances are, these problems are ALL the result of a dealer tech error. The average dealer service person in my area can barely get through an oil change without scratching their head. You should see how little they pay some of their techs as well.
When you get a turbo kit installed, you're definitely not going to a dealer Chances are, you're going to go to a highly recommended mechanic who's well-versed in performance modifications, or maybe even a tuning shop. They're going to be a lot more familiar with installing a turbo kit or even a supercharger.

I went to the dealership today, they agreed it's the bearing and have ordered a new S/C for me... again.
With that being said, they're working out some numbers and a list of parts I'm going to need to go back to stock. So if anyone is interested in buying a new S/C with a used kit, I'm game just PM and we'll keep in touch. This will include an NST 9.5 psi pulley, belt, and Bosch BPV. I've had plans to go turbo since before this S/C failed so I the S/C was going to be sold eventually. This just works out better because I think a lot of you out there don't want to buy a used blower, at least for a price that I'd be happy with.

I just got my car back from the dealer, they change the S/C because of the oil leak on s/c. Anyways I notice something different, the whinnnig sound is gone, I still hear the croaking sound. Is this normal? Because the first time they install the S/C I hear the whinnning sound and croaking sound.

Guys - there is a grinding sound that is normal w/ the s/c. These guys that are having bearing issues .... its a loud high pitched noise that gets worse as the rpms go up. If you have a sound that goes away as the rpms goes up .... thats fine. Trust me - I thought the worst when my s/c broke in and it became louder. Its all good. If you hear WEEEEEEEEEEEEE and it gets VERY VERY loud as u hit the gas .... then you have an issue. Hope that helped someone reading this.

The normal rattle should go away at about 1000rpms or so. Refer to Zero's post (video) of the busted bearing. What you can't tell is just how much it will hurt your ears with the hood open listening to it.
