Any problems running the NST 9.5 s/c pulley?

I had my s/c put on at 1500 miles and that same day i picked it up i went home and put the nst 9.5 pulley on. made a big difference its noticable. Only drove the car for 2 months and had to put it up for the winter . the car now has 7,758 miles on it and i'm going crazy to get it back on the road.i wish this snow will melt.
Also have SSQV type bov on it wow the sound is amazing while still using the sport 110 BPV, but i'll leave that for another topic coming soon.........

kinda frustrating that TRD will own you if you change anything and come into problems, while at the same time making it so inviting and easy to up the boost. if it can handle anything up to 9.5 so great then why not put it there stock.

karl with 311hp tc suggest using K070886 belt for the 9.5 pulley (read it on Scikotics )
It is HALF INCH SHORTER than K070890 NST recommend
The car was making noise last night. My K070890 belt was slipping and part of it got shredded a little.
I am going to give K070886 a try.

^ im not sure what to say because 100's of people are using the 0890 and had no issue. You can use a smaller belt but you have to make sure you dont mess up your tension pulley in the process (like he did when trying to find a correct belt for his 12lb pulley) - But like you said ...if yours is slipping ....go for 1/2inch smaller. You SURELY do not need anything smaller then that ...so if you get the smaller belt and its still slipping ...im positive you have other problems.
