Default any turbos or superchargers in CT?

Im wondering who is out in Connecticut that has either a turbo charger or supercharger. Im wondering how they are in the cold winter months, what kit, where you got it tuned, what engine management system you are running and any other goodies you have on the car. Its either the supercharger or Turbo Toyotas for me depending on where I can get it tuned.

And the leaner your tune will get.. so be careful and watch your w/b gauge.

I was turboed... well I am now but dont drive a scion anymore. I am actually selling my turbo toyotas extreme kit. Anywho...

I drove turboed for the past couple years and it is fine as a daily driven option. However, you can NOT boost in inclement weather. I mean boost = more torque = less traction if you get on it in wet, snowy, or leafy terrain... yes leafy as in leaves as in the stuff from trees. Wet leaves = death. I am chock full of equations today.

As far as tuning goes... I have found the most reliable source to be Swift Motorsports who haven't let me down in that department. They have failed in pretty much every else aspect, but tuning they have down to a science. Other than that I can't vouch for anyone else. People will say Ripp Mods but they almost blew up my buddies skyline so I wouldnt trust them with my little bro's freakin tricycle.

I ran the turbo toyotas extreme kit with the emanage ultimate and water methanol injection and put down 310whp and 335wtq on a Dyno Dynamics dyno and had no issues with my tune in various temps.

damn fire its just hard for me to go to that place. I know people that use to work their. But if they are good at tuning I wont mind, as long as they are not installing anything.
Its nice seeing people close to me. I live in Colchester but work in Waterford.

yea there are few places you can go around here. Excelerate Performance in Brandford is a great place to get stuff installed. Swift has never failed me with tuning. You can contact XXTuning in Bristol/West Hartford but they have always snuffed me as a crappy car owner lol.

YES!!! My buddy had one of those on holy crap, I loved that car. Alex we all will miss you if you leave... and miss your beautiful car. I always wished I could see that car cruising around CT one day. But I will end up giving you a PM if I have any questions, and good luck with everything!
