Anyone suffer from poor throttle responce
Since fitting my FMIC to my SC kit, the extra pipe work not only causes the engine to run rich on idle, but it also gives a poorer throttle responce.
Is there a way to combat this? would increasing the 2" pipework be better?

that poor throttle response probly has something to do with the 2" piping and your pressure drop from the piping...what s/c are you running and on what car? The previa or a tC? Im confused right now cause if you are running the TRD s/c and you use a FMIC your gonna lose a lot of boost from the excess piping...its really an unefficient way to cool your charge temps...I am using the turbonetics water/meth injection kit as a chemical intercooler and my unichip to bump timing and trim out my a/f ratios.

its previa with the 2AZ-FE and a blitz kit. The standard piping from the SC simple goes direct from the SC straight round to the inlet, and this piping is 2.25" as standard.
Im wondering if i increase my 2" piping to 2.25 or maybe even 2.5" will it make it better or worse?
The reason why i wanted one fitted was for the following reasons.
During engine running temp, off boost, the charge temp can be around 40-60 degrees, when the boost kicks in, charge temp can rise by another 30 degrees, so almost 90 DEGREES!!! Ive also noticed pinking during boost, but with the FMIC, i dont get pinking.

Our Superchargers are not recommended to run on FMICs, because of it's design. I think the most effective one for the Supercharger would be an Air to Water intercooler. AND I swear I saw Vortech posting in Scion Life talking about the intercooler inefficiency. I just can't seem to locate it. I will try to keep searching. About the Blitz supercharger, well I don't really know.
