Default Bad Re-Flash?????

So I finished my S/C install this evening, and I've got a few problems.

1) When I start the car/car is idling, if I don't give it gas, it won't stay running. (I know the car needs to re-learn the AFR etc, etc.) This occured even after I let the car idle for about 5 minutes to check the belts and everything, then turned it off, then limped it to the gas station and back, and during that trip I discovered the other issues.

2) Speedo doesn't work, but all other gauges in the dash do.

3) "ABS" "Brake" and TPMS lights are on and the TPMS WILL NOT reset.

4) CEL is on, I have not been able to check the code as of yet.

I am thinking that somehow my re-flash didn't fully take to the ecu on the first try, and the dealership didn't bother to keep an eye on it to make sure it took.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

i've had my s/c for about 3 months now and when i first got it i had the same problem with the bad idle. i took it back to the dealer and they cleaned out my throttle body and it hasn't died since. although when i first start up and let it idle it falls below 500rpm but never dies. it seems like a bad tune from trd. ive heard other tC's with the same problem.

Well I just talked to TRD Sparks and they said it sounds like a bad reflash to them, I'm also going to call TRD direct and ask Bob his opinion.

This evening I'm going to clean the tb when I get home, and check all my fuses, and I'm going to drop it off to the dealership tomorrow if I can't work everything out before then...

bump for any other help.

So I tried the TB cleaner, it helped some, gonna do it agian this evening.

The dealership has the ECU right now reflashing it again, so I'll post up later if that fixes the problem...

throttlebody shouldn't make a real difference our tb are designed to take abuse. let it be dust or dirt.
