Best DD Clutch for 300whp

I have to chime in with my own double thumbs up for the ACT Street. my CC stage 2 died the week before thanksgiving (several contributing factors), and just replaced it monday with the street. NIGHT AND DAY.
I swear the ACT engagement is so smooth it feels like cutting butter with a hot knife - unlike the CC which under most circumstances was very rough in comparison. if I had known the ACT was so good way back when I had the CC2 put in, I would have gotten the Street THEN.

im saving up for a twin disc currently then getting my shot gun and shooting my CC stg 4, taking a video of it and sending that str8 to comp clutch

The ACT TY4-HDMM is a great clutch for anyone making less than 350whp. Most importantly for any clutch is to make sure that the pedal is adjusted after installing a heavier duty clutch. This will ensure that the engagement is where it needs to be.

yeah Don, the pedal adjustment was one of the factors - the stealership did NOTHING to adjust it back in february - and to top it off left one of the vac lines unconnected, leaving me with a CEL for a day and a half till a friend and I found it. basterds.
the other issues were that 1) as pete says, CC is garbage, and 2) thanks to the lack of proper adjustment, the clutch got very hot very fast whenever I had to do a few shifts with feathering like would be necessary when parallel parking - or even normal parking - in a difficult spot.
